Where a subscription is described as auto-renewable:
- It will continue for the displayed subscription period.
- It will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- The payment method associated with your Apple ID, Google Account, or other authorised purchasing account may be charged for each renewal.
- Renewal will occur according to the billing rules of the applicable Platform Provider.
- The subscription will continue until cancelled, expired, terminated, refunded, or otherwise ended.
- Any free trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You are responsible for reviewing the subscription duration, price, and renewal terms before purchasing.
21.3 Apple App Store Purchases
Purchases made through the iOS application are processed by Apple using your Apple ID and the payment method associated with your Apple account.
Appbeat does not receive or store:

Where Onesee permits purchases through another authorised platform or payment channel, the transaction may also be governed by the terms of that payment provider.
The purchase screen will identify the applicable:
- Product.
- Price.
- Validity period.
- Renewal terms.
- Payment provider.
- Cancellation method.
You must not make payments to another user or an unauthorised person claiming to sell Onesee subscriptions.
Appbeat is not responsible for payments made outside an authorised Onesee purchase flow.
21.6 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel an auto-renewable subscription through the Platform Provider used for the original purchase.
For Apple App Store Purchases
You may manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
For Google Play Purchases
You may manage or cancel the subscription through the Google Play subscriptions section associated with the Google Account used for the purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform rules:
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund.
- Access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
- The subscription may expire at the end of that billing period.
- Previously charged subscription periods are not automatically refunded.
Uninstalling Onesee does not cancel a subscription.
Deleting your Onesee account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
You must separately cancel an active subscription through Apple, Google Play, or the applicable purchasing platform.
21.7 Prepaid Plans
Onesee may offer non-renewing prepaid plans with a fixed validity period.
A prepaid plan:
- Provides access for the duration displayed at purchase.
- Does not automatically renew unless clearly disclosed otherwise.
- Expires after the displayed validity period.
- May be subject to the refund rules of the applicable purchasing platform.
- May not be transferable between accounts.
Unused time may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by the Platform Provider.
21.8 Free Trials and Introductory Offers
Onesee may offer free trials, introductory prices, or promotional subscription offers.
Such offers may:
- Be restricted to eligible users.
- Be available only once per person, account, device, payment account, or household.
- Automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Be limited to specified countries, platforms, or plans.
- Have separate terms displayed before activation.
- Be changed or withdrawn for future users.
Creating multiple accounts or using false information to repeatedly claim a trial or promotional offer is prohibited.
21.9 Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on:
- The platform through which the purchase was made.
- The type of purchase.
- The reason for the refund request.
- The date of the transaction.
- Applicable consumer law.
- The policies of Apple, Google, or another payment provider.
Apple Purchases
Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple may need to be submitted through Apple’s refund process.
Apple determines whether an App Store refund request is approved under Apple’s applicable rules.
Google Play Purchases
Refund requests for purchases processed through Google Play may be handled by Google or Appbeat, depending on:
- The timing of the request.
- Google Play’s applicable policies.
- The technical controls available to Appbeat.

Cancelling a Google Play subscription does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
Refund Consequences
Where a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback is issued, Appbeat may:
- Remove premium access.
- Revoke the relevant purchase.
- Change subscription status.
- Remove unused paid benefits.
- Restrict an account where refund fraud or payment abuse is suspected.
- Preserve transaction information for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Nothing in these Terms limits a refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
21.10 Restore Purchases
Where supported, Onesee may provide a “Restore Purchases” function.
Eligible purchases may be restored when:
- The same Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase is active.
- The purchase remains valid.
- The subscription has not expired.

- The relevant Platform Provider confirms the purchase.
Restoration may fail where:
- A different Apple ID or Google Account is used.
- The subscription has expired.
- The purchase was refunded.
- The product is not restorable.
- The transaction cannot be verified.
- The account has been suspended or terminated for a serious violation.
- Apple or Google experiences a technical issue.
You may contact support@appbeat.in for assistance with purchase restoration.
21.11 No Guaranteed Interaction or Outcome
A subscription gives access to the stated Onesee feature. It does not purchase another user’s attention, consent, response, or participation.
Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee that another user will:
- View your profile.
- Accept your connection request.
- Read your message.
- Reply to your message.
- Answer your call.
- Follow you.
- Meet you.
- Continue communicating with you.
- Enter into any friendship, relationship, or arrangement with you.
Appbeat does not provide refunds solely because another user did not respond, provided that the purchased feature was made available as described.
21.12 Subscription Access and Account Enforcement
Subscriptions do not exempt users from these Terms.
Appbeat may restrict or terminate an account that violates these Terms, even where the user has an active paid subscription.
Where an account is restricted or terminated:
- Paid access may become unavailable.
- Future renewals should be separately cancelled through the Platform Provider.
- Refund eligibility will remain subject to applicable law and platform policies.

- Loss of followers and connections.
- Loss of messages and account history.
- Loss of settings and preferences.
- Loss of access to premium features.

- Dispute resolution.
- Compliance with lawful governmental or court requests.
- Backup-retention periods.
Where required, Appbeat may also instruct its service providers to delete personal data associated with the deleted account.
29.1 Subscription Cancellation Is Separate
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party subscription.
Before or after requesting account deletion, you must separately cancel the subscription through:
- Your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Your Google Play subscriptions settings.
- The applicable authorised payment provider.
Appbeat is not responsible for a renewal that occurs because the subscription was not separately cancelled through the applicable Platform Provider.
