Onesee Account and Data Deletion
Effective Date: 24 July 2026
Last Updated: 24 July 2026
This Account and Data Deletion Policy explains how users can permanently delete their Onesee account and associated personal data.
Onesee is owned and operated by:
Appbeat Technologies Private Limited
Website: onesee.in
Support Email: support@appbeat.in
Grievance Officer: Raja Karri
Grievance Email: rajakarri@appbeat.in
1. Delete Your Account From the Onesee App
Users can initiate permanent account deletion directly from the Onesee mobile application.
Open Onesee and follow this path:
Profile → Setting → Profile → Delete Account
After selecting Delete Account, follow the instructions displayed in the application.
You may be required to:
- Select or provide a reason for deletion.
- Review the consequences of account deletion.
- Confirm that you understand that deletion is permanent.
- Verify your identity using an OTP, registered mobile number, email address, password, or another available verification method.
- Select the final confirmation button.
The deletion process will begin after you complete the required confirmation and account-verification steps.
2. Request Account Deletion Without Using the App
Users who cannot access the Onesee application may request deletion by contacting:
Use the email subject:
Onesee Account Deletion Request
Include the following information:
- Full name.
- Onesee username.
- Registered mobile number.
- Registered email address, where applicable.
- Reason you cannot access the in-app deletion option.
- A clear statement requesting permanent account and data deletion.
Example:
I request the permanent deletion of my Onesee account and associated personal data. My registered mobile number is [number], and my Onesee username is [username].
Do not send:
- Passwords.
- OTPs.
- Bank PINs.
- Complete debit or credit card numbers.
- Apple Account passwords.
- Google Account passwords.
- Unnecessary government identity documents.
Onesee may request additional information to verify that the person submitting the request is the genuine owner of the account.
Account deletion will not be processed where account ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
3. Identity Verification
To protect users against unauthorised or malicious deletion requests, Onesee may verify account ownership before deleting an account.
Verification may include:
- An OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
- Confirmation through the registered email address.
- Confirmation from an authenticated Onesee session.
- Verification of account details.
- Verification of recent account activity.
- Additional reasonable verification where an account is disputed, compromised, restricted, or involved in a safety investigation.
Onesee will not ask users to provide their password or OTP by ordinary email.
A deletion request may be delayed or rejected if:
- The requester cannot verify ownership.
- The request concerns another person’s account.
- The submitted information does not match the account.
- The request appears fraudulent.
- The account is subject to a lawful preservation requirement.
- Deletion would interfere with an active safety, fraud, or legal investigation.
4. What Happens After You Request Deletion
After a valid deletion request is confirmed:
- The account may be immediately deactivated or made inaccessible.
- The profile may stop appearing to other users.
- The profile may be removed from nearby discovery and recommendations.
- The user may lose access to posts, messages, followers, connections, settings, and premium features.
- New messages, calls, follows, and connection requests may be disabled.
- The account may no longer be recoverable.
- Data deletion will begin from Onesee’s active systems.
Deletion from active systems will generally be completed within 30 days after successful verification and confirmation of the request.
Certain information may take longer to be removed from encrypted backups, system logs, or third-party service-provider systems. Backup copies will be removed or overwritten according to normal backup-retention cycles unless continued retention is legally required.
5. Data Normally Deleted
Subject to the exceptions described in this Policy, account deletion may include deletion or de-identification of:

- Recommendation and engagement data linked directly to the account.
- Diagnostic information that can reasonably be deleted or de-identified.

6. Data That May Be Retained
Account deletion does not require Onesee to delete information that must or may lawfully be retained for legitimate purposes.
Appbeat Technologies Private Limited may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for:
- Compliance with applicable law.
- Taxation and accounting obligations.
- Transaction and payment records.
- Fraud detection and prevention.
- Prevention of duplicate or fake accounts.
- Prevention of repeated verification abuse.
- Enforcement of permanent account bans.
- Investigation of harassment, threats, scams, or illegal conduct.
- Child-safety investigations.
- CSAE or CSAM reporting and evidence preservation.
- Responding to court orders or lawful governmental requests.

Retained information may include:
- Transaction identifiers.
- Payment receipts.

- Account-enforcement records.
- User-report records.

- Records associated with permanent bans.
- Information subject to a lawful preservation request.
- Records required for an ongoing legal proceeding.
Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and will not be used to continue operating the deleted user’s public profile.
7. Posts, Messages, and Content Shared With Others
Deleting an Onesee account removes or de-identifies account information from Onesee’s active systems, subject to this Policy.
However, deletion may not remove:
- Screenshots taken by other users.
- Screen recordings created by other users.
- Content downloaded by another user.
- Content reposted outside Onesee.
- Information shared on another website or application.
- Copies contained in another person’s device.
- Information submitted by another user in a report.
- Content preserved for a legal or safety investigation.
- Messages that need to remain in anonymised form for conversation continuity or user safety.
Onesee cannot control or delete copies independently stored or republished by third parties outside Onesee.
Users should avoid publicly sharing information that they do not want others to copy or redistribute.
8. Account Deactivation Is Not Account Deletion
Logging out, uninstalling the application, disabling notifications, or stopping use of Onesee does not delete the account.
The following actions do not constitute account deletion:
- Logging out.
- Uninstalling Onesee.
- Removing Onesee permissions.
- Disabling location access.
- Cancelling a subscription.
- Leaving an account inactive.
- Deleting individual posts.
- Removing a profile photograph.
- Blocking other users.
To permanently delete the account, use:
Profile → Setting → Profile → Delete Account
Alternatively, submit a verified deletion request to:
9. Account Deletion Is Permanent
Account deletion is intended to be permanent.
After deletion is completed:
- The account may not be restored.
- The original username may not remain reserved.
- Posts and profile information may not be recoverable.
- Followers, following, and connections may not be recoverable.
- Messages and account history may not be recoverable.
- Verification status may be lost.
- Premium features and unused benefits may be lost.
- Account preferences may be permanently removed.
- A new account may need to be created to use Onesee again.
Creating a new account does not restore information from a previously deleted account.
Onesee does not guarantee that the same username, profile status, subscription benefit, or verification status will be available on a new account.
10. Subscriptions Must Be Cancelled Separately
Deleting an Onesee account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through:
- Apple’s App Store.
- Google Play.
- Another authorised payment provider.
Users must separately cancel their subscription through the platform used for the purchase.
10.1 Apple App Store Subscriptions
Users who purchased a subscription through the Onesee iOS application must cancel it through their Apple subscription settings.
Deleting the Onesee account or uninstalling Onesee does not cancel billing through Apple.
10.2 Google Play Subscriptions
Users who purchased a subscription through the Onesee Android application must cancel it through the Google Play subscriptions section associated with the Google Account used for the purchase.
Deleting the Onesee account or uninstalling Onesee does not cancel billing through Google Play.
10.3 Other Payment Providers
A subscription purchased through another authorised payment provider must be cancelled according to the instructions of that payment provider.
Users should cancel subscriptions before deleting their accounts to prevent future renewal charges.
11. Refunds and Account Deletion
Deleting an account does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Account deletion does not automatically refund:
- The one-time profile verification fee.
- Subscription payments.
- Subscription renewals.
- Prepaid-plan payments.
- One-time premium purchases.
- Unused subscription time.
- Unused premium benefits.
The one-time profile verification fee is non-refundable except where:
- The same transaction was duplicated due to a confirmed technical error.
- Payment was collected but Onesee completely failed to initiate the verification service due to a confirmed Onesee technical failure.
- The transaction was unauthorised and verified as such.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
- Apple, Google Play, or another authorised payment provider independently approves or requires a refund.
A subscription refund request is governed by the separate Onesee Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Under that Policy:
- Only the user’s first-ever Onesee subscription may qualify for refund consideration.
- The request must be submitted within seven calendar days of the original subscription purchase.
- A user may receive only one subscription refund during their lifetime on Onesee.
- The final result may be subject to Apple, Google Play, payment-provider, and applicable legal requirements.
Users should submit eligible refund requests before deleting the account so Onesee can verify the account and transaction.
12. Pending Refunds, Disputes, and Transactions
Where an account has:
- A pending refund request.
- An active chargeback.
- A disputed payment.
- A pending subscription-verification issue.
- An unpaid amount.
- A fraud investigation.
- A transaction-related complaint.
Onesee may retain the minimum account and transaction information necessary to resolve the matter.
Account deletion will not prevent:
- Completion of an already initiated refund.
- Investigation of a disputed transaction.
- Submission of evidence to a payment provider.
- Retention of legally required financial records.
- Removal of premium access following a refund or chargeback.
13. Restricted or Suspended Accounts
A restricted or suspended user may still request account deletion by contacting:
Onesee may retain limited enforcement and safety information after deletion where necessary to:
- Prevent ban evasion.
- Prevent fake or duplicate accounts.
- Investigate serious misconduct.
- Protect other users.
- Respond to lawful requests.
- Preserve evidence.
- Enforce permanent restrictions.
Deleting an account does not remove responsibility for conduct that occurred before deletion.
Deletion will not prevent Appbeat from reporting suspected illegal activity or cooperating with competent authorities.
14. Child-Safety and Illegal-Content Investigations
Where an account or its content is associated with:
- Suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material.
- Grooming.
- Sextortion.
- Trafficking.
- Threats.
- Fraud.
- Other potentially illegal conduct.
Onesee may preserve relevant account information, content, communications, reports, logs, and evidence as permitted or required by law.
A user cannot require immediate deletion of information that must be preserved for:
- Protecting a child.
- Making a legally required report.
- Supporting a lawful investigation.
- Complying with a preservation request.
- Responding to a court order.
- Preventing destruction of evidence.
- Protecting users or the public.
Preserved information will be restricted from ordinary public access and handled according to Onesee’s safety procedures and applicable law.
15. Information in Backups
Deleted account data may remain temporarily in:
- Encrypted backups.
- Disaster-recovery systems.
- Security logs.
- Technical archives.
- Service-provider backup systems.
Backup data is not used to continue operating the deleted user’s profile.
Backup copies will be overwritten or removed through normal backup-retention cycles unless continued retention is required for security, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or evidence preservation.
16. Third-Party Service Providers
Onesee may use third-party service providers for:
- Cloud hosting.
- Data storage.
- Content delivery.
- Authentication.
- Image moderation.
- Account verification.
- Analytics.
- Crash reporting.
- Push notifications.
- Subscription verification.
- Customer support.
- Security and fraud prevention.
When an account is deleted, Onesee may instruct relevant service providers to delete or de-identify associated information where required and reasonably possible.
Some third parties, including Apple and Google, independently control transaction, payment, device, and account information processed through their own services.
Deleting an Onesee account does not delete:
- The user’s Apple Account.
- The user’s Google Account.
- App Store transaction records controlled by Apple.
- Google Play transaction records controlled by Google.
- Information stored by a user’s mobile carrier.
- Information independently stored by another user.
- Information independently provided to another website or application.
Users must contact the applicable third party to exercise rights concerning information independently controlled by that party.
17. Requests to Delete Specific Data Without Deleting the Account
A user may contact support@appbeat.in to request deletion or correction of specific personal information without deleting the entire Onesee account.
The request should identify:
- The account.
- The information concerned.
- The requested action.
- The reason for the request.
Some information can be changed directly through Onesee’s profile or settings features.
Onesee may be unable to delete specific information while maintaining the account where that information is essential for:
- Authentication.
- Account security.
- Age eligibility.
- Service operation.
- Subscription access.
- Fraud prevention.
- Legal compliance.
In such cases, the user may be asked to delete the entire account or stop using the affected feature.
18. Withdrawal of an Account Deletion Request
Where technically available, a user may contact support@appbeat.in promptly to ask whether a pending deletion request can be withdrawn.
Withdrawal is not guaranteed.
A deletion request cannot be withdrawn after:
- The account has been permanently deleted.
- Data deletion has been completed.
- The data can no longer be restored.
- Required deletion instructions have been completed by service providers.
Users should carefully review the deletion warning before providing final confirmation.
19. Rejection or Delay of a Deletion Request
Onesee may reject, limit, or delay a deletion request where:
- Account ownership cannot be verified.
- The request is fraudulent or malicious.
- The requester is seeking deletion of another person’s account.
- Retention is legally required.
- The account is subject to a lawful preservation request.
- Relevant data is necessary for an ongoing safety investigation.
- Relevant data is necessary for a fraud or payment investigation.
- Deletion would interfere with legal proceedings.
- The request is technically impossible to process as submitted.
- Another lawful exception applies.
Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, Onesee will inform the requester of the reason for a delay or limitation.
20. Confirmation of Deletion
Where contact information remains available and notification is legally and technically possible, Onesee may send confirmation when the account-deletion request has been accepted or completed.
Confirmation may be sent through:
- Email.
- SMS.
- An in-app notice before access is removed.
- Another verified communication method.
After deletion is completed, Onesee may no longer be able to communicate through the deleted account.
21. Privacy Rights
Account deletion is one method of exercising privacy rights.
Subject to applicable law, users may also request:
- Access to personal information.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Completion of incomplete information.
- Withdrawal of consent.
- Deletion of particular information.
- Grievance redressal.
- Information about how their data is processed.
Privacy-related requests may be submitted to:
