Onesee is intended only for persons who are 18 years of age or older.

With your permission, Onesee may access your device’s camera or photo library to allow you to:

- Capture or upload a post.
- Select and upload images.
- Share images in messages.
- Crop, edit, or preview selected media.
- Complete selfie or account-authenticity verification.
- Update your profile.
- Submit evidence in a safety report or support request.
Onesee accesses only the photos you select or the camera functions you initiate, subject to the permissions available on your device.
We do not intend to scan your entire photo library for unrelated purposes.
You may disable camera or photo-library permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work without the required permission.
4.5 Selfie and Face-Verification Information
Onesee may ask you to provide a live selfie, photograph, or short camera capture to:
- Confirm that an account is operated by a real person.
- Compare a live or submitted image with profile photographs.
- Reduce fake accounts, impersonation, fraud, and abuse.
- Enforce one-person or account-authenticity rules.
- Investigate reported or suspicious accounts.
- Protect users and the integrity of the Service.
Selfie images and face-comparison information may be processed using automated tools or specialist service providers, including cloud-based image-comparison services.
Such information is used for verification, fraud prevention, trust, safety, and security purposes. It is not used to authenticate payments through Apple Face ID and is not used for advertising.
Automated comparison results may be reviewed alongside other account or safety signals. A verification result does not guarantee a person’s identity, intentions, background, or conduct.
Where permitted, you may contact us to request information about or deletion of verification information. Certain information may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or platform safety.
4.6 Location Information
Onesee is designed to help users discover nearby profiles, creators, posts, and local activity.
We may collect or process:
- Precise location, when you expressly grant permission.
- Approximate location.
- City, district, state, or region selected by you.
- Location associated with a post.
- Distance between users or content.
- Internet Protocol address-based location.
- Network or device-derived location.
- Location preferences and search radius.

- Show nearby profiles, creators, posts, and conversations.
- Rank or recommend locally relevant content.

We do not intend to publicly display your exact real-time coordinates. Other users may see an approximate distance, city, region, or location you choose to share.
You can disable location permission through your device settings. When precise location is disabled, Onesee may continue to use an approximate location, manually selected city, or IP-based general location.
4.7 Messages and Private Communications
When you use private messaging, we may process:
- Sender and recipient account identifiers.
- Message content.
- Images or other attachments.
- Delivery and read status.
- Date and time.
- Reports concerning a message.
- Blocking information.
- Safety and anti-spam signals.
Private messages are not publicly displayed. However, we may access, preserve, or review messages when:
- A participant reports a conversation.
- It is reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation, spam, or illegal activity.
- It is required to provide support.
- It is required to protect a user.
- It is required by law, court order, or a valid governmental request.

Users should not share passwords, OTPs, financial credentials, intimate content, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through messages.
4.8 Voice Calls and Microphone Access
With your permission, Onesee may access your microphone to provide real-time in-app voice calls or other audio features.
Microphone access is used only when you initiate, answer, or participate in a feature that requires audio access.
An active call may continue while Onesee is in the background or while the device is locked, where supported by your device and operating system. Microphone access should stop when the call ends.
We may collect call-related metadata, including:
- Caller and recipient account identifiers.
- Call start and end time.
- Call duration.
- Call status, such as answered, missed, rejected, or failed.
- Technical connection information.
- Reports relating to calls.
- Safety, fraud, or abuse signals.
Onesee does not record the audio content of ordinary voice calls unless a specific recording feature is clearly disclosed and the necessary permission or consent is obtained.
You may disable microphone permission in your device settings, but voice-call features will not function without microphone access.
4.9 Social Activity and Engagement Information
We collect information about how you interact with Onesee, including:
- Posts viewed.
- Profiles viewed.
- Watch time.
- Scroll activity.

- Comments.
- Shares.
- Saves.

Purchases made through the iOS application are generally processed by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account.

We do not receive or store your complete Apple payment-card number, complete bank details, or Apple ID password.

10. User-Generated Content and Public Disclosure
You are responsible for the content you publish or share through Onesee.
Do not upload or share:
- Passwords or OTPs.
- Complete financial information.
- Government identification documents unless specifically requested through an authorised verification flow.
- Exact home addresses.
- Intimate or sexually explicit material.
- Content involving children in a sexual or exploitative context.
- Confidential information belonging to another person.
- Content you do not have the right to publish.
Public information may remain accessible outside Onesee if another user has copied, captured, shared, or republished it.
Deleting content from Onesee may not delete copies retained by other users or third-party services outside our control.

Account deletion may result in:

Deleting Onesee does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Apple subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
Information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through normal retention cycles.
We may retain minimal records to prevent fraud, enforce permanent bans, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect users.
